contract with AT&T. This position required that I take responsibility to
take on multiple roles from manager to field tester with the crews.
Later on I was moved forward within the company to another contact with
AT&T in Georgia were I would be leading and managing other crews for
alarm clearing for 1st
carrier to 5th carrier as
well as LTE; I also worked in another project with AT&T as an auditor. I
was moved to another project afterwards for Verizon as a Construction Forman
in the build out of Verizon’s LTE project. As the project slow down I was
moved over to Sprint’s project were I was managing two parts of the project.
First part was the New Vision LTE site survey project over three states and
second was the 2.5 GHz LTE build out project. My superiors considered that
allowing me to manage all this projects gave me the knowledge to be placed in
the call center manager position until present day. This position places me
interacting with the customers and FE’s on each market, along with the
responsibility insure that every manager and field tech in the field is
submitting all needed documents for close out, as well offering support to
the crews in the field and meeting with the partners of the company.
